My name is Nekiwa “Harvest” Smith and I am the founder of Harvestegy. I am an MBA graduate with a concentration in Finance, a Christian and Gospel recording artist, serial entreprenuer, faciliator and administrator. I’ve previously worked and or served in various sectors, industries and functions including, Business, Music Business Administration, and Ministry Development, Non-Profit and Organizational Administration, Government Administration and Contracts, Virtual Administration and Support, Intellectual Property (IP), Strategic Management.

I founded Harvestegy because of a sincere and intense desire to see others accomplish their goals and experience the fruition of their dreams. For over 20 years, I experienced seeing countless leaders, organizations, artists, creatives and other individuals never realize their vision or dream for their business, career, organization or project. I began to notice a common theme. Oftentimes, these individuals were intelligent, talented, skilled, gifted, and creative and would have a purpose, a vision or a dream that they were sincerely passionate about. Unfortunately, more often than not, they lacked the knowledge on how to start, grow, build or achieve it. They lacked a viable strategy or a tangible, practical “roadmap” to arriving at their final destination which was the completion of their VISION.  I knew that with the right strategy and support, they could be successful and their vision could become a reality. So I was led to found Harvestegy, “Where Vision Meets Strategy!”

I enjoy talking to people about their projects, dreams and goals and showing them how to achieve them.  I’m on a mission is to help leaders experience the manifestation of their vision. My passion, wisdom, knowledge, experience and expertise guides me when assisting others.
